All is well in CurryLand. So far so good on the dose reduction. Woke up to the kitty alarm since I fell back to sleep for 30 minutes. Luckily it was just a nice meowing and not a pouncing that woke me.

Will try and ride a few hours earlier today...yesterday's heat kicked my ____________!

We're having heat streak in Iowa as well. Ugh. Glad Curry is starting her day right in the green!

Morning! warm here, but sure not as hot as it is in Texas.... omg. Enjoy the ride today.

Very nice amps for Curry - sure looks like she likes the dose reduction. YAY!!! Thnaks goodness for kitty alarms - I cannot count the number of times I have fallen back to sleep when I should have gotten up. :roll:

Since Curry has been set free she is not using her feeder at all. That's her +3, +5 and +8 mini-meals. Morning and afternoon. I can give her the +3 but I hate for her to miss her other meals.....She's being served around 135 calories.

I guess just leave food out for her so she can eat when hungry????? Knowing her, she'll eat right before her AMPS and PMPS.

Wow, look at those numbers! Surf, Curry, surf! Interesting about her not wanting to use her feeder now. Perhaps she associates it with her "confinement". Maybe if you move it to a different location she will accept it again. Do you have to worry about Sid eating from it too?

Ride completed before it got too hot.

And had time to think about Curry's disinterest in food and not using the feeder these days. I think what is going on is that Curry doesn't need as much food right now. In fact, she is gaining. So I'm going to take away one of her mm and see what happens. I had added chicken dust to her pre-shot meals while she was isoloated to encourage her to continue eating so Sid could "see" her longer. Will also slowly reduce the "dust"...it was more than just a dusting of her food....The vet still thinks she can lose some weight.....Maybe she needs to go on the Greatest Loser show....

Oh, just purchased one of those 2 feeder models that just stays open.....can put that in bedroom at night....the other feeder is very, very LOUD.

Hi Tena, I was just about to say to you to leave early for the bike ride when I scrolled down and saw you were already home, good for you! I think it's only 70 degrees here today, perfect day for a walk. Curry is doing great, and this dose must really agree with her. Enjoy the rest of your day and thanks for stopping by earlier.

Curry is looking great on her numbers!!! So glad she is holding the reduction so nicely.

Good that you got out and got your ride done. Will be 104 today here....YUCK!!! I'm headed for the pool!!!

What nice numbers for Curry today! The heat is crazy right now. What will August be like? I hate to ask! Glad you had a good ride!
