A friend of mine who has treated a number of FIP kittens said it was going to be available as 50 mg pills which won’t work for small kittens or for those who need the injectable medication. Kittens doses need to be adjusted as they gain weight. It’s a start. I could not see an article in your link.
 
My vet last week mentioned that they can now get Remdesivir. She was thrilled. So there's a source in Canada too.
