Good Caturday morning LL! I can't believe I just typed 6/30 in the subject line, didn't we just start 2012?

Zener had one of those cycles last night that starts off low  then goes up and keeps on going. The good news is he only got as high as yellow! Poo patrol was on it this morning with success, and now there is serious napping on what will be a very warm day.

Yesterday
Today
6/30/12 Zener
AMPS 288, 13th cycle @f1.25, 2/3PP, 1mg ondansetron, 1/8 Zantac, 1.35oz 10%, soft poo outside
+1 295, 0.8oz 10%, 7 drops kidney liq
+2 208, 1PP, 3mg Zobaline, 0.5oz 10%
+3 184, 0.7oz 10%

@Serryn - the no alcohol is tolerable, and so is the no tea and caffeine since it's so darn hot right now, but the no chocolate - big ouch! Liz will let you know when it's time to crack open the virtual tinny!

We are sending lots of healing vines to Claudia and Rocket and thinking of Randi as her beloved Max crossed the bridge. Paws crossed for continued success for Buca, Wonton and Mr Kink's OTJ trials!

Headed in the right direction Zenner! Blue cruise day today,'K?

Let me know when you are OK for chocolate and I will send you my chocolate truffle recipe. I will make things alllllll better!

Nice blue there early in the cycle, so nice slide is in progress, right Zener! Napping sounds good on a warm day. What are your temps today? Keep cool and hydrated.

Re: 6/30 Zener AMPS 288;+1 295;+2 208;+3 184;+4.5 173

I have been out of the loop for a week and am so sorry to hear that Liz is still have issues with the food poisoning. No alcohol, caffeine and chocolate! I'm not sure I could handle that, even for 2 days!

Zener is looking good in those blue numbers this afternoon.

Stay cool! It is 105 degrees here today but I'm sure where you are may be even hotter! Of course, as we say here in the South...Arizona is supposedly a dry heat so it isn't as hot as our humid heat. I never understood that...hot is hot, not matter where you are!

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232

Kinda of a flat yellow day, with a dip into blue in the middle of the cycle, hmmm....

Today
6/30/12 Zener
AMPS 288, 13th cycle @f1.25, 2/3PP, 1mg ondansetron, 1/8 Zantac, 1.35oz 10%, soft poo outside
+1 295, 0.8oz 10%, 7 drops kidney liq
+2 208, 1PP, 3mg Zobaline, 0.5oz 10%
+3 184, 0.7oz 10%
+4.5 173, 0.55oz 10%
+6, 0.55oz 10%
+7.5 225, 1PP, 1mg Cerenia
PMPS 232, 14th cycle @f1.25u, 1PP, 1mg ondansetron, 1/8 Zantac, 1.4oz 10%

@Ann & Tess - he was headed in the right direction this morning, then reversed course to hang in the flat yellows. We will let you know when chocolate is again permitted in our house, truffle recipe you say? ohmygod_smile

@Ann & Maggie - nice slide but short lived today. Our temp was right at 90, not a cloud in the sky. Rain is in our forecast, chances begin 4th July, right on schedule. We had a 2 acre fire just a few miles southwest of us today. The firefighters got right on it and thank goodness the winds were light, it would have blown right into town, our neighborhood 1st. We are at day 65 with no rain. nailbite_smile

@Georgia and Simon - no worries about being out of the loop. Liz had the food poisoning, then redeveloped PVCs (skipped heart beats) because her electrolytes were out of whack from the food poisoning and a root canal all in the same two weeks. She is counting the days until she finishes her last ABs. The no alcohol, caffeine and chocolate is to reduce the stimulants to the heart while her chemistry and GI system fixes itself. Good grief - 105! You must have set or broken a record! We don't have the 100+ heat in Flagstaff because we are at 7000 feet. Our record high ever recorded is 96. I know what you mean about hot is hot - it's like comparing being cooked in a microwave versus a sauna.

We had a very low key day, trying to do as little as possible and staying cool. Zener is very happy things have cooled off and he is on yard patrol and bird watch! Hope everyone has a lovely Caturday evening.

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232

Hi guys! Yellow day for Zener, yellow day for Mannie, with a few pink hiccups. I am glad that Zener chose to avoid those. Ok Zener - back to the blue grotto. Could you please bring Mannie with you?

Enjoy your night guys - hope it cools down some for you.

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232;+1 240

Not much of a change at +1, hmmm....

PMPS 232, 14th cycle @f1.25u, 1PP, 1mg ondansetron, 1/8 Zantac, 1.4oz 10%
+1 240, 0.6oz 10%

@Michelle & Mannie - what could the yellow boys be up to? Let's hope it's blue or green!

Zener is sitting outside on his bench and surveying his domain. Feeling good tonight. cat_pet_icon

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232;+1 240

Make a right turn Zener. The blue & green are on the right side of the SS chart!

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232;+1 240

I hope that teensy food bump means he is headed down tonight, but not too fast.

Liz, Enjoy the Tour, it was an interesting TT. BTW that roundabout shot you wanted is in one of the lead in clips.

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232;+1 240

Sorry, I've been out of the loop also these days. I'm glad Liz's illness from the food poisoning itself is not the issue. It is a scary thing, I was reading about it last week or so, there's a lot of food poisoning problems in our food supply… wish I could find the article, if I do, I'll put in a link.

Ok, Zener, time to come down now, Daphne is getting lonely down here. Actually, maybe not such a good idea, its so hot here, and humid, and now I hear storms are coming.

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232;+1 240;+2 151

And we're off, on the express elevator to the blue grotto.
PMPS 232, 14th cycle @f1.25u, 1PP, 1mg ondansetron, 1/8 Zantac, 1.4oz 10%
+1 240, 0.6oz 10%
+2 151, 1 treat, 0.45oz 10%

@Helen - Zener is reading his condo again and following your directions for a right turn! Looks like a sharp one! :o

@Ann & Tess - aha, you have the crystal ball and called this one! Now, can you see about slowing it down just a tad?

@Barb - would love to read the article, if you find the link. Zener is following your advice to come down and trying to join Ms D! Hope you stay safe in the storms. :YMHUG:

Alrighty, with a drop like this at +2, we'll be getting a +3. It is prime hummingbird moth hunting time, so the mighty Z is not to be disturbed!

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232;+1 240;+2 151

Nice relaxing day today. What else can you do in heat? Lucky that the fire was contained before it reached you. I hope you get the rain on schedule. 4th of July would be a good day for it: it will keep down the noise of the fireworks (would they even have fireworks if it is so dry?).

Zener, nice blue this evening. Blue Grotto awaits you.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend, all of you, and get lots of rest and, Liz, don't think about chocolate!!

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232;+1 240;+2 151;+3 96

Still going down, to the lagoon!
PMPS 232, 14th cycle @f1.25u, 1PP, 1mg ondansetron, 1/8 Zantac, 1.4oz 10%
+1 240, 0.6oz 10%
+2 151, 1 treat, 0.45oz 10%
+3 96, 2 treats, 0.75oz 11%

@Ella - Zener had a short stay in the blue grotto and is on to the lagoon! No fireworks here thank goodness, way too dry. The fire near us was human caused, no clouds so no lightening. We don't have details yet, but this weekend and next we will have many visitors up here to escape the heat, and silly things can happen. Fortunately we don't have wind right now. nailbite_smile

Looks like more tests tonight!

Re: 6/30 Zener PMPS 232;+1 240;+2 151;+3 96

Well, the Z=man is giving you plenty of time to catch up on the Tour. Noe early bedtime in AZ tonight!

@Serryn - the big guy is a night owl!

@Ann & Tess - it's a good thing I recorded lots of Olympic trials, Olympic soccer friendly, World Cup softball and the Tour. Zener loves it when I stay up late and watch TV. Hmmm...could he plan these things?

The 8:00 farmer's market will feel very early tomorrow morning! ;-)
