Morning All,

Well Leo is doing great, been a busy kitty while ive been at work. Apparently it has been hotter than hell back home, and quite humid but he's still been outside mousing. DGp was worried because he hasn't been eating much, until I reminded him 'who wants to eat when it's hot out?'. He had some so so numbers yesterday, he even had a yellow number....yikes! But it's to be expected considering all the reductions he's had lately.

Well I did my run last night from the mine to the mill here which is 11 kilometers. I did it in an 1 hour 20 minutes. not bad for someone who is a couch potato on her weeks off. I was just about out of gas at about kilometer 8 but pulled thru and finished.

So all the kitties are invited over tomorrow for a fresh fish cookout. Canada Day too, with kitty fireworks afterwards!!

Leo is still looking great! Glad he is having fun mousing and spending time with the GPs.

Yay you!!! That is so awesome. I am hoping to work up to a 10K by November, but OY. 5K is still kicking my butt. Wow on your time! Congratulations Tracy. That is a huge accomplishment.

I always think people sound so smart when they speak metric!! :lol: :lol: :lol: I have no clue how far a kilometer is!!

On the Xolabine, I don't have the link on hand, but just goggle it. I got it off Amazon. It's made by LifeLine or something like that. I paid $20.99 with free shipping, but you may be able to find it cheaper. Bummer on the postal strike. I don't think our postal service is allowed to strike. Not that it would make a difference since they take forever to get mail to you anyway.

Very nice numbers today for Leo - I love it how you have DGp to care for him. It seems like they have a very good relationship - that is just the best!

Hey Leo - DUDE! I am so stoked!! A fish cookout??? and we gets to go to Canada??!?!?!?!?!? I LUBS Canada!!! I hope we can get across the border ok. I Remember this one time, it was out first travels to Canada and well... uh..... it was well..... kinda illegal..... we 's better now! all on the up and up! We gots passports and everything! See you tomorrow - I will get the bus ready and we kitties are coming. I so want to see the fireworks!! ~~ Mannie
