Morning LL,

My poor kitty was racing around here in the early morning hours and i thought "what the heck is going on?". I could hear him scratching the door to my bedroom and meowing his 911 meow. I jumped up and opened the door and he was just sitting there, once i made a move he ran towards the kitchen. I told him "Leo its 4:30 in the morning, its not time for breffis" and grabbed him and went BTB, he laid there for a few minutes then jumped off the bed, i could hear thump thump thump in the kitchen. I went out and saw that his door to his litter was closed :o :o YIKES! Once i opened it up he ran to his box and had a big poop, my poor guy had to go and he had to go NOW! I had all the windows open last night since it was super hot here yesterday and this morning its very windy, hence my bedroom and the litter box door being closed, most likely due to wind.

Other than that drama we had a good test, shoot and feed. We will be heading back to the DGP's tonight and i will take off from there first thing tomorrow for my camping trip. Leo will stay and mouse for a few days until i come home.

Oh poor Leo and the door closed to his LB! :lol: Leo, you almost had to knock your Bean over the head to get your message thru to her! :lol: I'm glad he made it in time, Tracy. It sure must have been windy. Have a great time camping, and I know Leo will have a great time mousing with DGPa. Enjoy the day.

Leo is such a smart boy! I have no clue what my guys would do. My civvie, George, once locked himself in my closet while I was a work and he picked a pair of my oldest shoes and peed in one of the shoes. He was quite clever, too!

Oh NO! :o :o :o POOR LEO!!! That is almost kinda funny.... How cool though that he was as persistent as he was, made sure you got up. :-D

Have a great one today - and enjoy your camping trip. :-D That sounds great. And back to the mousies for Leo. Amazing that he never seems to run out of a supply of them there. :lol:

i'm imagining the poor guy with his legs crossed - and you were trying to get him to go back to sleep! :lol: what a good little communicator!

have a great camping trip, tracy! we know leo will enjoy his time mousing with grandpa. i'm still waiting for that video of the mouse going to the food bowl. :-D

Poor dude!!! At least he didn't leave his "deposit" somewhere else as a payback for the closed door!! He's such a good boy. I know he's going to enjoy his mousing time at DGP's. Have a great time camping!!!

What a smart boy...he could've so easily made a "statement", but instead made you get up! Honestly, who ever says cats/animals don't know how to communicate just does not know cats. They know exactly how to get their message across!

We are back at DGP's, Leo has turned into such a good traveller, we got into my SUV and he stood on my lap with his head out the window like a dog would then settled down on the passenger seat and had himself a nap. I know now that us driving to CSU is the right choice. He knows when we get close to DGP's house, he gets all excited and antsy and puts his paws on the steering wheel and looks out the window. :lol: He's been out mousing since we got here, only coming in for snacks and straight back outside, no mice to be found yet.
 
Have fun on your getaway. Leo will keep busy catching mousies. i hear a big order has bee placed for the Full Moon Party! That's why none are showing up in his bowl! :lol: :lol:

Leo, I know Chef Mannie and Grill Master Rusty want plenty to grill, but I think a Mousie Mousse would be da bomb! -- Tess
