Awww...I haz a big PINK toad dis morning... :roll: He iz a KIBBLE toad...bad MamaBean forgot that Nuisance was eating his dry PurinaOne and walked away to do something else. When I returned, Nuisance had finished and Sir KT was munchin' away...I don't think he ate a lot but enough to turn him all pink today.
I'm SO tired of washing dishes in the bathtub BUT we installed all but one bottom cabinet yesterday including the sink one with all the plumbing coming up into it. I have to share a funny now but it was NOT funny when it happened - we are putting cement board against the wall behind the cabinets to help insulate. As we were installing the piece behind the water cutoffs, I let it hit the handle which turned ON the water coming out of a HALF INCH PIPE - can you say FLOOD??? Luckily I shut it off quickly and had lots of towels handy. I'm glad we're using cement board rather than sheetrock! We cut out the sink hole in the new countertop today (I HOPE!) and may even get it set altho' I doubt it. The countertop is technically the only NEW thing we're installing but after we (fixed and,..) painted the used cabinets, they LOOK new. My stainless steel sink has been waiting for YEARS for this.
