It is starting to look like the low blood sugar readings from Sunday were an outlier. I do not know why they happened and my human is confused. He thinks it may have been because we used up all of the crunchies on Saturday, and I didn't get the chance to nibble like I normally do on Saturday night/Sunday morning.

My blood sugars are back to their stubbornly high mid to upper 200s. We are below that evil 300 level. My human will be happy if we can get from these yellows into blues. He doesn't really care if I go green because they make him nervous.

He is sorry he injected me improperly on Sunday, but it doesn't appear to have caused any problems. He will remember that for next time. Well, he is hopeful there won't be a next time!

Maybe your human wants to take a peek at some of the cats SS on the acromegaly board? They have high doses like you and do the same weirdness with occasional drops and back to high..

That is definitely a possibility. Is the dry completely gone forever now? If so, you might start seeing even better numbers. I wouldn't worry about the high 200s right now because there is the "bounce" factor at play that can affect up to 6 cycles with higher numbers. Can't wait to see how you've been doing since Tuesday. :mrgreen:
