All the usuals are in place...happy appy, snuggles, general cuteness and feistiness and anti-jinxes! She had a bit of a scuffle with Zen this morning and it looks like she may have a tiny cut near her mouth/jaw - it wasn't there (that I saw) when I did her pill this morning. I noticed it when I went for her second round of breffis. So I'll be doing some minor helicoptering over that! Zen usual picks on Frankie if he picks on anyone (fortunately it's not all that often), so I don't know why he decided to bug Trix this morning. Frankie just dives under the couch to get away from him; Trix asserts herself. But, she doesn't have front claws thanks to her former owners, so her assertiveness is more noise than action....
My Dad just got the results of his bone scan and all is clear...phew! We still have to get to the bottom of his backache, but cancer moving to the bones is out of the picture. His gut was telling him that it wasn't the cancer, but he had to follow through with the test anyway. We had a very nice early birthday dinner for DH with them last night.
It's Day 3 of Staycation...time to start doing stuff! I have a mile long list of both fun and stuff that just needs to be done, so I'd better get cracking.
Have a great day, L&LL!
