Happy Caturday LL!
WCR: All Ps in place. Yet again, I got great snuggles last night AND this morning from my sweet Shasta.
Her appy has been pretty good and as of the moment, she is napping on her bed in the window while I watch Remington Steele episodes and try to motivate myself to sew some new pillow covers. At some point today, I need to run to Publix for food, but other then that, I am taking it easy today. Below are some pictures from my classroom and the new wire shelves that my former student and I put up this week. The clothes racks were re-installed several years ago during the school renovation, but all the upper wire shelves are brand new (and so handy dandy!) There are also some pictures from Her Royal Cuteness cuddling next to me on the couch. She just melts my heart!
Story from last night: So, I was singing in the shower tonight. This usually happens after an entire day of listening to lessons. Needless to say, I was not quiet about my practicing. Have I ever mentioned that Shasta hates my singing?! At least, I think she hates my singing...this is when she shreds my toilet paper, etc. So, when I got out of the shower and came out into the tv/living/kitchen, there she was...up on the table, napping on my purse...after she had nibbled on some papers I had in my purse. SNOTTY, SNOTTY, SNOTTY! Check out the pictures below. :roll: :lol:

OT: So, a few weeks ago I mentioned that some strange guy(s) came by my house. The man that got out of the car said that they were starting up a business and they were out advertising and would I be interested in him coming in and demonstrating their home air filtration system. It all seemed sketchy and I was pretty darn positive it was a scam. I finally got him to leave and called the police (non-emergency #), etc. Two days later, at voice lessons, I was telling my friend and a student what happened. I told the student to beware because I was pretty sure she lived close to me. Sure enough, she told me yesterday that the one guy showed up at her house when she was home alone and it completely freaked her out! She made the mistake of telling him that she was alone and that he would have to come back when her mother was home. He left and came back 10 minutes later?!?!?!!!!!!! :shock: ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! She told him to leave, again and then sat in her house all freaked out. She told her mom about it when she got home. We both agreed that if we saw them again, we would call the police. CRAZINESS!!!! :-x
