Yesterday was more of same. Blue AM start to pink bounce, then yellow PM slide to green.

6/28 Recap:
AMPS 137 +1.5 332 +7 352
PMPS 278 +3 247 +9 92

When I got up at +9 for rowing, Neko was all lovey dovey. She lay down on the carpet and rolled over for tummy rubbing. So she got lots of rubs and cheek scritches and was purring way. She used to drop and expose the tummy a lot before FD - it's nice to see that behaviour. So of course I was very curious what her number was. Love to see her feeling so good in those upper greens.

It's been a while since I've gotten a +9 overnight, seems like she is nadiring late I suspect I've been missing some greens when she starts the next morning in low blue.

Today is the start of the long Canada Day Weekend (July 1st). The skies are blue and it's supposed to get to a nice summer temperature. The forecast shows nothing but sun for the next several days. Out on the water today, the last of the drizzle made an appearance and produced a spectacular rainbow over the flat water. It was a good row. I was in a double with someone who coached me in the past, and we only did 12 kilometers today. DH stayed in the Cove for the traditional Saturday after rowing breakfast - I had to come home for TFS. :YMSIGH: At times like this I think a later shot time would work better, but whenever she keeps me up at night I prefer the earlier time.

Happy Caturday everyone - hoping for good weekends for all.

Good morning Wendy!!
It's a lovely morning, and I'm glad you had a nice rowing!
I didn't realize you row sooo early in the morning :o :o :o
Sorry you had to miss the breakfast ........

Wonderful about Neko's tummy rub!!!
It's so nice to see some pre-FD behaviors come back.
One of Lucy's is licking her bowl clean, and she just did it last night :-D :-D

Not bad - especially when I was expecting pink. I'm trying an experiment today. I tried to figure out what is different between the morning and night feeding since she has been spiking during the day and going lower at night, and the Petdophilus is the only difference. I've only been adding it at morning, so went without today.

@Mariko - Several days a week I start rowing at 5:30 AM. That's with the serious master's rowers. Recreational rowing is reasonable times, but the water isn't as good. DH brought me back breakfast, but I missed the social aspect. It's kind of a Saturday tradition. Last year I had a later shot time, but Neko wasn't going low, ever, at this time of year. I have seen the behaviour of asking for tummy rubs, but usually at higher numbers, and not as often as before, so it was great to see her asking for it in the greens. :-D

Look at those lovely greens! Neko must be getting excited about Canada Day!

So, a math major and an early morning riser! I am in awe.

Little girl is doing a daytime surf!!  Last time she did one of those was April 30th, not that I'm keeping track.

@Anne - Neko is getting ready to party about something. Maybe the arrival of summer weather? I am not normally an early morning riser, that's why shot time is 7:30. Double major computer science/math - as a group we tend to be nocturnal. But the rowing is WAY better at 5:30 in the morning. We resisted joining masters program for years, solely because of the hour.

Woohoo, Neko! Awesome surf.   Living at 7000' is a big help doing the Grouse Grind. :-D

Beautiful surf for Neko!
Yay for Comp Sci majors! I got my degree in 1985 - at least I we were up to using UNIX and C back then, not using punch cards like my first programming class in 1978 ;-)

Look at Neko go! I bet your happy to see a green surf during the day for once.

There you go. You know what Maltodextrin is?

So if you want her to bounce pink at night, go for the Pet Dophilus® PM. Still surprising it would cause her to bounce that high for that long.

Maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose

Good while it lasted. :-D

@Liz - It was great to actually be awake to witness the surf. I'm probably in better shape now than when I did the Grind. Not saying I want to do it again though. Been there, done that!

@Cathy - I just did punch cards my first term - what a miss-able experience. It was good to see more than a touch down green during the day.

@Carla - It was great to be awake to see that much green. :-D

@Dale - Neko has been on Petdophilus in the AM since last August and only started this daytime bounce/night low thing end of April. Does seem weird that it would add a couple hundred points to her cycle. Some people have noticed a spike with Petdophilus, others not. I'll keep it off the menu for a while yet.

Re: 6/29 Neko AMPS 104 PMPS 145

Lovely day and she sounds like she is definitely a morning person

Petdophilus raised Gracies BG. I hope you figure out the problem.

Re: 6/29 Neko AMPS 104 PMPS 145 +3 294

+3 294 BOING!!!
Still no Petdophilus, but same ol' Liver.  But the bonus is I get to go to sleep soon. :-D

@Marje - I remembered that Petdophilus raised LBG's BG so that's why I tried the experiment. Other than possibly switching Neko's bounces to the evening, not sure it made a difference. But it might be too early to tell yet.
