+2 384.....coming down nicely it seems (looks can be deceiving though). I will check him at +4 and hope for good numbers.

That is great to see him coming down. :-D You might want to give him a bit of food to slow it down. Low numbers or fast drops can cause bounces. We feed Zener at PS, +1, +2, +3 and even +4 and +5 (he has appy and weight maintenance issues so we are food pushers :roll: ). If he drops more than 50 points in an hour, we give him extra carbs to try to slow that down and get slooooow slides. So we may not get as good as numbers this cycle, but the next cycles are better. It look us a looooong time to figure this out because we were (mistakenly) focused on getting low numbers, instead of getting flat cycles. It may or may not work for Doogle but I just wanted to throw it out there for you. You are going a GREAT JOB for your guy! :-D

I have been feeding him at +1 +2 +3. I will usually feed him little bit all day till the +10 and the +11. He may not eat a whole lot but he will at least eat enough. Going to check him in 30 mins at +4. Hopefully he is still coming down slowly, I really need to go out and I dont want to worry about Chris doing it alone and something happen (although I think he and I both got a crash course yesterday).

Great job getting the +2!! You're doing super!!!! Good job feeding...hopefully he'll slow a bit and won't dive.

Sorry I thought I did........duhhhh. I was half asleep typing. He is coming down slowly....+4 336. So going to run out real fast to get back and get out of the 100 degree heat.

Still going down nicely...+6 258. Fed him a couple of teaspoons of FFC to keep it stable. Had to run out and wow....I feel so bad for anyone or any animal outside right now. Tomorrow and Sunday are going to be worse! WOW, its worse where you are Marjorie!!!!

So decided to go back up....I would gather its because the Lantus is getting out of his system. His +8 336

I dont think so either.....his +10 is 311......at least at the moment its not in the 400 and 550 range like this morning.

Just stopping by to welcome you (better late than never) to LL. This is my first visit to your condo and it looks like you are getting off to a good start with Lantus. Doogle is a beautiful kitty. Keep up the good work. Bounces show that the liver is working really well!!

Hey Ella....thank you for the very warm welcome. I have a couple of freakouts but I am getting better. Staying as cool as I can be but I know we are no where near as bad as some. I didnt even notice the wrong date.....I will fix that now...lol. Yes, Doogle is a pretty baby. I have to get a picture of his river otter impression.... :lol:

The big difference between AZ and AL is we have no humidity now. So if you get in the shade, it's quite pleasant...relatively speaking :-D

+2 248......actually our humidity has been pretty good (only 15 to 25%) but we dont usually see this heat till late July and August. Boy will my power bill know it was hot though. Looking good so far....bet he still loving the bouncing today. Will see what happens in a couple of hours. If I dont see you Marjorie, please have a good night and sweet dreams!

+4 188........coming down to the blues....had a mini meal and play time. Nice to see him actually cleaning himself again. His fur is so uber soft again. He is my soft kitty,

+6 143....dont know if this is his nadir or not, hard to tell yet with his numbers everywhere lately. But hoping it doesnt go to low into the green, dont know if the husband will be willing to shot if its in the upper greens (although I know his numbers will come back up).
