Bummer on this morning's reading - but Casper is in great spirits this morning. I'm sure she'll enjoy the reprieve from pokes today.

I guess there wasn't any "reward" for the poke reprieve today. I'm crossing my fingers that it doesn't go up any higher by the time we do PMPS. On a positive note, she was in a very good mood when we walked in the door and was begging for food.

looks like he's still bouncing from the blue. He did this last time too, and it cleared out after 3 cycles, so maybe this one will clear overnight.

Come on down, Casper!

Libby - I sure hope so. Seriously black number for our PMPS. But that trend does make sense. And I suppose since our good day was a significant drop, that the rebound would be equally significant. Crossing my fingers that our +3 tonight looks better.

Please let Casper know that while cats are agile, we would be happy to take for granted that he is a very capable trampoline artist. We don't need him to bounce quite so high!

We're still in the red +3, but I have to say she is pretty consistent with her +3 drops (~70-80 points). Hopefully, the morning will bring a prettier color.

I've got a question - we used to allow our cats to free feed throughout the day. But now they only get breakfast and dinner, with an occasional snack if I happen to be home AND they are begging. Could Casper be hitting some lower blood sugar levels throughout the day, which then trigger her body to release insulin? Or am I just trying to conjure up some excuse because I can't make rhyme or reason of what is going on with her?

Have a good night!
