6/27 ~ Milo~ **Curve was done** Need dosing advice please..AMPS is due in 6.5 hrs.

Hello,
Milos last curve was done on May 10th,and *Insulin was increased from 2.25 Units to 2.5 Units.*
May 24Th: Had a low reading of
* 63 so his* insulin was decreased to 2.25 Units again.*
June 11Th: Milo managed to sneak outside and hide for 7 hrs + sometime after having his test,insulin and food!! Turns out that he barely ate anything as is food bowl was almost full... (The very first time outside , since being diagnosed with Diabetes on January 2020.)
He finally came to me when i called him,and was clearly very weak...His blood sugar was *52 mg/dL ~ 2.9 mmol/L. So a bit scary! He was of course super hungry and it took several hours to slowly bring his BG back up. But i am so relieved that we found him in time before hs BG plummeted lower!
*His insulin was decreased from 2.25 Units to 2 Units*
The last 7 or so days he is having less of an appetite and a little bit of constipation.Adding more pure pumpkin pure and extra water to his pates now. Maybe it's due to the hot weather.

My, the June 11th episode must have shaved a few years off your life! He looks like he is good for an increase back to 2.25U.

Thanks for your advice Bhooma. Yes... No Doubt about that! ~ lol~ It was very stressful, and adding to this; i was diagnosed with skin cancer in May,(but thankfully not melanoma,and no spread) Finally found a good time to do Milos curve after having out of town family and friends visiting for most of June and i am now back to a quiet house!
Increasing to 2.25 Units.
