Hi,
Maggie said she had a great time at the party and loved Chef Stu's gourmet food, especially the pizza. She thanks Shadow and Raja for their hospitality and enjoyed meeting all the kitties. She's really smitten with Blue and noticed others eyeing him up as he's very handsome as are all the boy kitties, too. And she was happy to wash Shadow's face. A great time and wonderful party.

Her AMPS is good for the Alpha Trak. She did have food over two hours prior, and I notice the Sophisticat Salmon seems to raise her bg. Anyone notice this who is using Sophisticat Salmon; for some reason she doesn't like the FF Salmon. Sophisticat is more watery.

I looked at the dose graphs, and I've been giving her closer to the "some" insulin. I thought was giving .01, but as I check it out, I think it's the "some" insulin. When I thought I was giving her the .25, it was more like the .01. Hope I am making sense!

Re: 6/27 Ann & Maggie AMPS 116; +6 95

Well, I got home just in time to catch a +6, so this must be close enough to her Nadir! Other times near this hour she is higher than her AMPS.

Nice +6 Maggie...thanks for helping Shadow out last night with his face and head... Glad you had a good time.

Re: 6/27 Ann & Maggie AMPS 116; +6 95; PMPS 97 Dosecrease?

I'm wondering whether I should just wave the syringe over Maggie girl! I think with measuring I've been giving her the bare minimun or "some" insulin as pictured on the graphs.

Wow! What a great dilemma to have! I vote to wave the syringe over Maggie and chant "Lan-tus" three times.

I would keep doing what you're already doing. It doesn't matter what you call the dose. Maggie is looking great! I think we should give her as long on this dose as we can, to be sure she's ready. Almost, not quite.

Thanks Libby. I just did the same dose, even squeezing a teeny drop from the syringe. Well, when I grasped some scruff of Maggie, I felt a slight needle on my forefinger, but I think I still got some in her scruff. My finger didn't feel pricked. The insulin is almost on the top line. Like someone said, she can't drop too low on this dose, right!

HI Ann and Maggie, just dropping by to say hi and see how things are going. You guys are looking great!!!!!! So happy for you! Scrabble is waiting for Maggie at the Falls! (anti-jinx!)
