Good Full Strawberry Moon, Everyone.

Stu is a high roller this morning, but came down over 100 points by +2. The Lantus cartridge was on Day 28 yesterday, so this morning I started a new one. Hopefully his elevated numbers last night and this morning at AMPS were owing to the cartridge pooping out. Stu was very hungry last night and this morning. But he doesn't seem to have much energy today for anything but eating. The weather might be a factor: cool, damp, no air, storms expected. In any event, the chef has to get himself going so that he can cook tonight at the Full Strawberry Moon party at Raja's and Shadow's. Pat says she has 2 turkeys, so the chef decided to put grilled turkey burgers on the menu again. All the kitties like them. Mannie can do the grillin'. The rest of the kitchen crew will make the patties and decide which spices to use (Spotty: bring your spice kit, OK?). The chef also thinks that pizza is in order because it goes well with the turkey burgers. So tuna pizzas on shredded duck-skin crust will be served. And for dessert: catmint parfaits with strawberry garnish.
Party on!! Stu will be there early, Pat. (Got 2 OTJ parties to cook for, too--What a great day for parties!)

Stu, nice drop but you need to get lower so you can indulge in all the great stuff you're making. I've been snacking all morning on good stuff. Mom and dad seem a little excited about something??? I can bring the strawberries fresh from the fields. _ Tess

Stu, my man, Stu! Nice to see you pulling down dem nummers, buddy. I knew you couz do it. Beans get so happy when you show dem lower nummers. My bean has been so worried about me cuz my nummers have been high, and I was skerred that she wouldn't let me out for all the parties today. Tankfully my wunnerful vettiebean told her tis wasn't my fault.. So, guess I'll seez you at da party tonite. I gots a whole lotta spices to put on those turnkey burggurs!

Hi again, Everyone, The chef has been busy cooking, cooking. 3 parties!!! After the pink AMPS he's surfing yellow today (yellow is mellow) and hacked up a good sized hairball right before lundh (not a "giganta", however). The weather was so bad today that we didn't spend any time in the garden. Just as well, since there was cooking to do! Now I don't know where the chef is, perhaps on his way from Tuffy's to Vesta's, or perhaps he's even arrived at the Full-Strawberry Moon bash. I hope all the kitties have a good time tonight. Unless the weather clears we won't be able to see the full moon.
