Yesterday, a two colour moth hunting day.

Little Miss Indecisive held up shot time this morning. Neko always likes to pee before her meal. Her favorite LB had been used by the civie so off to search for another one. Downstairs she went. Maybe outside would be better - stood in doorway a while. Nope, back the downstairs LB. What a ditherer! At least I had plenty of time to get the ketone test strip ready. Of course, once we got the blood test done I couldn't take 10 seconds to write down the results without her going "hurry up momma - I'z starvin here". :roll:

Looks like another sunny day here - a great day for bed surfing on her favorite bed in the solarium. Think green kitties - it's countdown to a major weekend of OTJ parties. :cool:

So many kitties going green.It's great to see Neko following that trend as well. I wish Max could go outside. Maybe that would make him more interested in something besides eating and sleeping.

Nice start for Neko this morning. I hope she didn't go too high today. :lol: on the lb this morning. You can't stop and test if they need the lb.

OT: Thank you for the birthday wishes and virtual cake. :-D :-D I have very fond memories of my birthday with you a couple of years ago and that fabulous cake that you made. It was soooo yummy!

I can just see you following Neko around with the ketastix ;-) Great numbers for Neko again, it's been weird these past few days, cloudy, even foggy but around 2PM the skies clear. Makes for a nice afternoon outside for me and Tiger though.

I forgot to say, I'm glad to hear Neko's accupuncture treatment went well and that you like the new vet; I hope that works out for her long term!

I was out shopping this afternoon and brought home a paper bag. I put it on the floor and Neko went after it immediately. :cool: First off she tried to fit inside it, then she lay on top of it. I straightened it out again and she decided to go back inside with the back half of her sticking out. She had a good finger game with DH tapping on the outside of the bag. Been a while since Neko has played that game. However, I may have messed things up, there was a slight smell of Lev after the shot. :YMSIGH: She was lying in an awkward spot. I know the syringe went in. We'll see early tomorrow morning what happened.

@Devon, Elise, Carla, Liz, Ruth - Thanks for visiting my daytime green girl. She's been giving me green during the day a lot more often than she used to. (antijinx) Neko is definitely regular on her LB habits.
@Liz - It was just last year you were in Vancouver - I know, seems ages ago. ;-)
@Rusty - Been working on the sushi knives all day, so many parties I might have to get the backup ones ready too.

Very nice cycle today...and even better PMPS!

Hopefully that's a sign of things to come and not the low for the day...You know how they like to confuse things when we THINK we gave a furshot! :mrgreen:
 
@Chris - Neko often nadirs around preshot on Lev. This definitely looks like PS was the low point of the day.
 
Love the litterbox chase. How many do you have? I have seven, so I would really HATE it if Cinco did that. Of course, since he went blind he rarely goes upstairs, so that puts it down to 3.

Minka is my only kitty that likes bags. She loves boxes, too, and can't wait to claim a new one for her own.

I hope it wasn't a furshot and Neko comes down a little and surfs safely all night.
