Hi Garcia looks to me like he is bouncing from that 38 yesterday. Need to give his body time to calm down, it’s just freaking out a little from going low. The bounce will take time to clear and then he will even out and you will see what his true numbers are at the current dose.

also remember it takes time for the depot to wear off so stay vigilant with testing want to make sure he doesn’t drop low again like yesterday.

does this make sense?

yes. it might happen tomorrow because today his amps was high as his +2.

I have some advice for the PM cycles, if you want it. He needs more tests. It looks to me like Macho NADIRs at about +6 to +8, and he can drop a LOT quickly. Without more PM tests, you are missing half your data and don't know how low he goes. When he is dropping over 100 points since your last check, make sure to feed him and test again. I know you work nights - is there someone home who can try to get in some more PM tests, especially when he is dropping? It will really help you (and us) put together Macho's patterns better to see a little more data.
