Good morning!
AMPS 148 shooting 1.25u

Boomer ate most of his fuds last night; he left a wee bit in +6 and +9. He ate all by himself again! And I woke up in the middle of the night and he immediately jumped over to the bed from the bench that he usually sleeps on and curled up beside me:bighug:I love when he does that!

Allen ate well last night too; he ate all of the double portion of chicken pate in his first dish and about 1/2 of the single portion of turkey pate in his second dish.

Boomer weighs 16.2 lbs and Allen weighs 11.8 lbs. No matter what I do, Boomer doesn't lose weight and Allen doesn't gain any. :(:cat::rolleyes:

On the menu today: AMPS ff turkey & giblets, +3 chicken pate +6 chicken pate +9 turkey pate

The family session was a bust yesterday again; it started to rain. And although it didn't rain steadily all day but off and on the grass never had a chance to dry so it was impossible to do a family session which includes two toddlers. My customer is very annoyed; she always has her family pictures done in June. She moved here within the last couple of years and up til now had her previous photographer travel 2 hours (one way) to do their photography; this is the first time she's hired someone local and somehow I think she blames me for the weather. sigh

Speaking of weather, I'm getting really sick of the rain, it keeps ruining my plans!

People who react like that annoy me. It's as though the Universe should be at their beck and call. Boomer is a :)snuggler, is he? That's cute, especially a 16.2 lb snuggler!

Well...he does although usually it's for a short period of time. To be honest I fell back to sleep right after so I really have no idea how long he stayed.

When she first hired me she wanted to know if I was available the following day. I wasn't; I had another session planned. This was on June 9th and the next date she suggested was the 24th. It got rained out on the 24th, rebooked for the 25th and again was rained out. They're not available during the work week. Nothing I can do.

It's a bummer that as a small business owner you have to put up with bad attitude.

I feel your pain with the weather. I have been trying to get my children's pictures taken the entire month of June also. The grass never seems to dry enough before it rains again. Although I did get some keepable pics last night. If the weather hold outs, I'll try again tonight. Good luck with the session when the weather cooperates.

It's hard to book....the parents work, the kids nap, the weather is wonky! Oh and of course I book everything around Boomer's schedule lol even though DH will test him I have to be here for his shots.

When I was on vacation, I had the hardest time falling asleep without a snuggly kitty... I think Iris's snorkely purrs/snoring just puts me right to sleep. :cat:

....and I hope that Boomer has made it into the lagoon by now.
