Great job with the feeding this morning! Although he’s stayed in yellow longer than you want, you can see it flattened him so he didn’t take a steep dive. Once you get past +2/+3, you can probably switch to LC. You might see the entire curve rise a bit but that’s ok. We want flat. We can always give a little more insulin but I’m hoping if we can flatten him out here so he doesn’t dive, he will slowly get back to good numbers and stay flat.

In all honesty I didn't do anything different this morning because I am having trouble finding a food with approx 10% As fed.
Fancy Feast does not have As Fed %'s when I called them. All they can share is the GA. I left a message for someone to call me back but I don't know what will happen.
I called Blue Buffalo and Merrick and both were very knowledgeable but again there foods are pretty much low carb, 2-4%.
The only MC food that I have from Fancy Feast is 12-15% and that is the grilled food. And Yoyo is very picky and usually will not eat it. As of today he favors fancy feast beef pate, who knows what he'll want tomorrow.
I try and stay away from fish- and fish seems to have high carbs.

Can I add rice to his canned food to bring up the carbs? I'll moosh it in!
Or is there a homemade gravy that I can add to his food?
He is so picky and he is getting worse. He is in one of his moods and he isn't eating well for me. It is just about all hand fed these days. I wish he was more like my dogs who will eat anything and I mean anything;)
