So relieved to see a AMPS! Most P's in place. He was not purring before and after his ear poke.

Junior hasn't been interested in his food and has been losing weight. He barely gets through 2 cans FF or 1 can Friskies/day but I'm trying to push him to eat more before nadir.

Last night I discovered the wonders of oregano. He's not a fan of parmesan cheese but is a fan of me spoon feeding him. His appetite is good once you put the food directly in front of him. Now my bed smells like Italian sausage.

aw, nothing like having a purring furbaby! so he's fond of oregano - i don't know why, but that strikes me as so funny. who would think a cat would like italian seasonings! glad you found something to get him to eat, bonnie!

and what a nice amps! a little saturday gift to you!

oregano smells similar to catnip to me. it may smell like that to him too.

try sprinkling cat nip on the food and see if that helps?

and hey- numbers means you are getting those tests! awesome!!!

I think his numbers are a little wonky but I'm happy that they're green (AND that we're getting numbers!):
- he still gets hissy over test time
- he's been eating all morning so +6 may be a food spike. Before he'd eat within 4 hrs after shots. He's been uninterested in food and been losing weight so I expanded it to 6 hrs today with a little more food. I think that's why his nadir looks so off.

@Julie Someone had posted a list of things to try and I had the same reaction too. Really? Oregano? Who knew?

@Mococo You know, my 1x1 lessons from you and Sienne were the turning point for us! My arm would be raw today if it weren't for you guys!

Junior is looking kinda flaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat......Wonder what's up his sleeve for tonight or tomorrow. Ummmmmm.

Ya think? And the bugger gave me a blue! Hopes for a decrease dashed.

But they all had 7's in them, even last night's 77 at +4.25. It's a sign for me to go to Vegas!

what a great set of numbers - YAY!!! I am glad that the pokes are going better. What a relief, huh. Have a great night guys! :-D
