Good Friday morning! Maggie's AMPS seemed a little high, so when that happens, I always test with my back-up meter (Relion Micro). There is a variance of 40 points on the two meters, so the ATrak is accurate. Relion tested 117 bg. Not too much new here in cloudy southern Cali, but most likely sunny later. Maggie is doing really well this morning and had 3 mini breffifs, mostly sucking the juices from the Special Kitty Super Supper. Need to go out mid morning and pick up a Reader which lists apartment rentals. I'm looking for a new apartment but rent is sooooooo expensive. Have a nice Friday.

Come to Texas! For the price of a one bedroom apartment in California you can rent a house here in Houston! @-) :lol: @-) :lol:

Maggie didn't have anything to eat, just her treat after the poke, so her pancreas seems to be working, and she has an early Nadir.

Ni Natalia, thanks for the offer to move to Texas. I'm tempted if the rents are that much lower. I've heard the people are really friendly and hospitable. They are here, too, but not like Texas.

Hi Melissa , thanks and I hope she surfs some nice low blues today. Maggie's eating better, and the Special Kitty Super Supper doesn't seem to raise her bg, as I had thought previously.

Hi Ell, yes, these are Alpha Trak #'s - I forgot to note in my subject line. She had some fuds while I was gone, so the 154 may be part food spike plus her Nadir is usually early. I think she will come down from this number. Thanks for the good luck on apartment searching; I hate the thought of moving.

Maggie came up on her own without food, so I'm happy. I won't need to worry over night. I'll leave food, and she will self feed.

Gorgeous numbers for Miss Maggie today!! Good luck on the apartment search... I remember apartment hunting in South Florida... crazy high rents for tiny places! We're also very welcoming in middle america here in Kansas City where you can find so many great places at great prices!!
