Flat yellow yesterday should have been my indicator. Yay for greens today! Triple digit heat here today has everybody running for the vents. :lol: Including me. :lol: Time to tackle the pile of sewing projects I have stacked up on my machine. Off to self defense class shortly as long as T cooperates. It looks like he will.

And we bounce. I never made it to class. I got into the sewing and decided to keep with it and not get out in the heat. The gym I take it at doesn't have AC and it was 104 here today.
