Cabergoline trial day 11

Good morning. Moe is starting the day at 373. He did NOT want his ear poked this morning, but took his caber like a champ.

Husband is still waiting to get a Covid test appointment. Doc seemed on the fence about whether his symptoms indicated Covid (severe headache, muscle aches in butt and legs, chills, slightly elevated temp), but went ahead and ordered testing for him. If he gets tested today we might know results by the end of the week. :(

I’m contacting my supervisor this morning to find out if I should go into the office. Hoping they say no, but they are weird about this virus.

Thanks for any good vibes and positive thoughts you can send our way. My mind is racing with every possible scenario and anxiety is starting to bubble up in a big way.

Good to hear your boss suggested you stay home. Head ache, sore muscles, chills and fever are all symptoms of covid. I hope your DH gets tested ASAP and just has a mild version and you manage to avoid it.

How about blues tonight Moe?

I have been searching for more information on Cabergoline. I am planning on getting my Tigger tested for acro/iaa and cabergoline seems to be helping? your kitty. So I am looking into it for mine. Look forward to reading your updates! Good luck!

I also hope your husband feels better soon!

It seemed to drop his glucose down fast right away, but he was on 8 units at the start and he’s very bouncy at that dose. We are just starting week two and he’s on 7.0 units now, glucose a little higher than I’d like but I’m see a bit more yellow now than I did when he was at this dose a few weeks ago. Hoping he’ll continue to scoot down a bit more; I don’t want to increase again.

Husband’s test is scheduled for tomorrow night, results in three to five days. So early next week probably.
