I am sorry to have been so MIA yesterday..... shesshhhh! I took my DGS for a wetlands hike, and well..... it took all day. My son stopped by at night, and well..... time got away from me. I missed you guys!

I ought to write about doseceases more often - It sure seems to have gotten Mannie moving... :lol: :lol: He had a really good day yesterday. We spent the morning surfing the mid blues, with a nice blue pmps. Evening cycle saw greens, a nice upper level green. it was great for me to be able to control it with a low MC 8% food. Hooray!! It was really nice to see that mid-level blue this morning. I wonder what he will choose to do with it. Blues? more greens? Mannie - excellent job yesterday - lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. It was a mini poke-a-thon last night, and Mannie took it all in stride. I just love it when he takes to the nanners after a test... :lol: :lol: :cool: There must be comfort for him there. It was near the end of our mini PJ party that he was MIA. :shock: I knew where he had to be... it is the last resort, when he feels we are done for the night, things are on the rise. ;-) Sure enough --- there he was curled up on my pillow on my bed. The message was loud and clear - "we are done for the night so put away those pokie thingies...." and as always, he was right, and so we did. :cool: :cool: :razz: things are on the normal side this morning: good test, good shoot, extremely good fuds apparently, as the clean plate club status was reaffirmed. The kitty choir was in full force this morning: head wake-up call artist, BJ was bellowing in my ear, punctuating that noise with a few paws, claws extended, pats to my face. :shock: ;-) . The others were lined up at the foot of the bed: back up holler-ers.... and the nanners? hugged several times over. now they are a pillow. nap time!

Today we continue my DGS sitting duties for the rest of week. In case I can't get to condos, more than likely, do know that I am thinking of you all, and your furkids. Think green kitties! You can do it. :cool:

My friends! I had such fun yesterday - KTSS for Rusty and just hanging out. And the midnight party at the lagoon - SWEET! Tess had so many samples waiting for us - she is one primo pastry chef! Hey - what do you guys want to do today? Maybe some pool time some place? or porch sitting, or desert hiking, or dune buggys, or.... I dunno! let's me know - I am ready for anything!! ~~ Mannie

Hey Mannie, My mamabean says I have to lose a few ounces, so let's do something really active today--hang gliding or dune buggying, maybe. We could have a swim race somewhere, or a game of water polo. It's raining here, but maybe someone has sunshine.

Hi Michelle, Mannie is looking very blue this morning and is on the way to green for sure. Have a neat day with DGS. It's so wonderful that he enjoys hiking with you.

Hi Michelle, not to worry if you're not able to get to condos, as we all have those days and you had a lot going on. that was so nice you were able to take DGS on a hike. I bet he is going to just love it even more as he grows, and what a great time it is to spend this time together. Mannie sure is looking pretty good lately! So when is the next hike?

Hey Mannie, I was MIA yesterday but am ready to do something where I can start getting my girlish figure back, hang gliding or etc., ready for pick up, thanks, Maggie

I love that Mannie tells you when he's done! Willie just tells me when he's hungry... or when he wants to go outside! Petulant teenager!! :lol: :lol: :lol: Mannie's streak of gorgeous numbers continues... can't wait to see how this and the next cycle play out! Hope you and Nicholas have a wonderful day! Yesterday's hike sounds delightful!

Hi Sherry - I know on the pokies last night. It is uncanny how he knows when it rally is enough. weird, but cool. and yeah on the dosecrease hint - sometimes they work here, sometimes not. :roll:

Hi Ann - no problem on the condos - I missed so many yesterday - just no time. bummer! I hope so on DGS and the hikes - so far he really likes it, and I hope the love will continue. Not too sure on the next one. maybe Friday if I can find one that is kid friendly, and bean friendly - he does get heavy, even when in the pack, so when I have him I look for not a lot of elevation gain.... if not friday then one next week for sure...

What an absolutely great day Mannie had yesterday and today!!!! I can't believe he's on his 145th cycle on this dose!!! Great kudos to you....he is doing so amazing. I love it when he goes to your pillow after his pokeys.

I hope you had a great day with DGS. I know how busy you are when he's there so thank you for taking the time to wish Teddi well.

Mannie: my beans been so busy that they have NOT caught up with my social schedule. They were surprised to find that I am now Gracie the marvelous mixologist!! Croquet at Willie's was da bomb but my sister needs KTSS....hope there is enough left from Rusty's to give her some. See you soon. I'm working on a new drink for us all. Right now I'm thinking of calling it the Tucson Tumbleweed but the ingredients are my secret!!

Mannie, that was a great workout in Zoe's pool today, and then the hang gliding and the croquet match. My mamabean can't complain that we didn't get enough exercise! Now we get to enjoy Gracie's new beverage. Can't wait!

Mannie is such a good boy!! His numbers are a wonder!!! Does he ever get in a bad mood and take a swipe at you? I'm guessing no; he's much too well behaved! :lol:

Your hike yesterday sounds like a real bonding experience with the DGS. You two are going to have the most remarkable relationship as he grows. You'll always be his best friend!!!

Hi Patty - :lol: :lol: no, not really. the only time he ever gets really perturbed is when I comb him. That will get hisses and growls, and a few attempted nips. Other than that.... nah.... he's too laid back. :lol: :lol: and thanks on DGS - I hope so. he is so cute: I can say the word "outside" or bring out his backpack that I carry him in, and he just gets so excited. Love it!
