Good Morning LL

Checkers is his sweet self today. I didn't get up for a test last night, which kinda scared me this morning, when I woke and realized Himself was being quiet.

Since I've been keeping him out of the bathroom at night, he doesn't wake me, screaming from the sink/tub.
It's a much nicer awakening for me...and him, 'cause I yell back at him :roll: Can't stand noise in the morning!

He ate well, got his med in bits of cheese, had his sink/tub drinks, and is following me around the house, as I do some 'stuff' to prepare for DD and hubby, to come and put my window ACs in. :smile:

Hi, Barb, I'm glad Checkers is doing great today.
And what a peaceful way to wake up (without a kitty yelling at you from the tub or sink)!

Susan helped me get his chest and tummy shaved, and he still has a lot of tiny knots on his chest.

Hanging out of the nylon cube hole, most of the day, rubs on his chest and makes tiny knots. They're too close to his skin, for me to get a comb under. Brush doesn't get them out.....so she held him and I shaved.
His sharp teeth were too close to her arm as he told us what he thought of the whole thing, cat(2)_steam so I didn't get them all.

No sooner did they get the ac's in, than it rained like crazy, complete with thunder.....now it's nice and cool. :lol:

Barb, I sympathize with the knots. Alice used to get those clots of hair and we had to have her shaved several times a year. Checks will be more comfortable now.

Another fantastic cycle from Mr. Checkers today. Easy does it Mr. L, nothing to be concerned about here.

Wish I could find a way to shut up the morning noises. :roll:
