Good morning LL! Sorry I didn't get to any condos yesterday. Crazy day at work and my DH and I went to an aikido class last night to see what that was all about. Trying to find an exercise class to go with our running. I don't think aikido is it!

All 5 p's present. Tarragon was in a lovey dovey mood all last night and again this morning. His spreadsheet looks like a rainbow threw up on it. There is no consistency at the moment. Oh well! I am anxious to see what his curve looks like on Saturday.

Hope you all have a great day!

Rainbows are happy, right  ?

Hopefully the curve on Saturday will give you good info. It's pretty funny that we now look forward to an all day test-fest, isn't it? Glad to hear that Tarragon is happy and purry today.

Have you ever tried a spinning class? I don't belong to a gym and I workout at home, but one of my business partners occasionally goes to spinning classes. Since I love bike riding, it sounds intriguing to me. More power to ya on the runnin! As much as I love exercising, someone would have to be chasing me with a big stick to make me run! Running was never one of my strong points....

I hate hate hate to run. However, it is the only thing that seems to be working and I do like the effects, so I just pretend someone is chasing me with a big stick! I would try spinning but I have seen what those people look like when they come out of there. I'm thinking yoga might be the ticket! Have I mentioned I hate to run?

I'm not a fan of exercise  but I do like my yoga and pilates classes and for cardio Zumba is my thing. Good luck in your search.

Rainbow Tarragon, it's time for some consistant greens and blues buddy.

Big stick, you crack me up  I took a look at Tarragon's SS and saw that the #s are similar to Gus' in the AM. Have a great day and stay ahead of the stick.

Ha! I hate running places too! I would much rather ride a bike, go for a swim or a ride on my horse.
You will notice so many benefits if you start up regular yoga.
I have a rainbow barf spreadsheet as well. Fun isn't it??

Rainbow threw up on T's SS!!! OMG! I have a feeling that he is going to come down later To a nice number...You are so funny, I wouldnt get 1/2 a block if I was running fo=rom a pursuer!!
I took karate for 4 yrs & loved it(when I was younger)
The big rage here is Zumba, which is dancing exercise, and is great fun--I could even do it a little!
Have a great day & T, give up some nice numbers!! OK? Hugs from us!

Hi Melissa, glad to hear Tarragon is feeling all good and purry. I used to jog and swim, and although I had to push myself to get out there and jog, I always felt great after finishing. What about Tai Chi? I'm thinking of giving it a whirl myself. Have a nice day, and I almost read it that Tarragon threw up on the ss until I woke up and re-read  .

I read it as Tarragon throwing up on his SS too!! Isn't the FD dance fun?

I started running in my 40s, but was never a good runner. One day I was run into by a cyclist, hit my head on the pavement, had a bad concussion and suffered vertigo from damage to the inner ear. After that, running was impossible because it jarred my head. I switched to racewalking and found "my sport". It is an excellent workout (not only the legs, but the upper body as well) and is much easier on the knees than running (my DH switched to racewalking after 2 knee surgeries). It's easy to learn and perhaps there is a group near you that offers racewalking clinics for beginners. It's not as fast as running, but many of the really good male racewalkers can do a marathon in under 3 hours (I did one in under 5 hours once). Now that i'm old I don't go so fast anymore, but I try to racewalk several times a week in the months we don't have snow on the ground!!

Of the types of yoga, Astanga is very aerobic. (took a class in that once; the instructor could levitate down the length of the gym on the tips of his fingers and toes!!)

Have a great day, and get out there and exercise!

Oh my goodness Ella, how horrible that you got run over by a cyclist.

Melissa what is aikido? You should try yoga, amazing how sore you are after doing it. I've heard great things about hot yoga, tho i've never done it myself. I'm a runner as well, just started doing it a little over a year ago, it really clears my mind and i feel great after doing it. Getting the motivation to go running is another thing!

  @ the rainbow barf!

Melissa....   on the rainbow threw up on his SS....that is a good one!! I hope Tarragon comes sees some blue for you today....he and Zoe are hanging out together! Have a great day.....

 You ARE funny Melissa! And yes, you are right..it IS colorful! (I used to call Shadow's a tye-dyed shirt! LOL) But Rainbows are pretty, right? I bet he will settle on only two colors (blue and green!!!) soon!!!
As far as the exercise is concerned, I have thought a lot about it too...but I force myself to lie down for awhile and the thoughts soon disappear.
Hope you guys are having a good night!
