Maggie is feeling good and very feisty this morning. I was in the bathroom trying to make myself all glamorous (just kidding) and all of a sudden heard this screaming and banging against my patio glass window. Apparently another kitty (not her boyfriend, Buster) crossed the pathway behind the apartments here, and the two of them were fighting between the glass. Maggie is such a sweetheart that it always surprises me when I hear her, but I think her feral instincts kick in when a strange kitty enters her territory. Everything else is good with Maggie. Hope everyone has a nice day.

Way to go Maggie! She is looking good this morning and obviously feeling very good (and territorial). What a great protector!

Moonie Puffs herself up to a gigantic size with a giant tail when a cat goes by her outside!!! Then she climbs the screen screaming the whole time & runs across all the window sills!! What a commotion!! Since we feed the birdies, there are several cats--They are so funny these kitties!

+4 134 I knew Maggie would surf as she kept self-regulating this morning with mini breffifs. She just stole my cervical pillow when I got up for something. I have it on the floor when I do my stretch exercises.

Hey Roni, we should get Moonie and Maggie together some time. It would be hilarious. I can picture Moonie pacing the window sill on the lookout!
Hi Karrie, it's okay to laugh, as it was quite funny. After her secreaming/fighting episdoe, when I called her name she came over to me for a pat on the head/approval and then returned to the lookout zone! :lol:

The 168 may be food inspired. I was gone and left food for her, so no idea when she ate the fuds!

Hi Tracy, yes, she's so funny. I think she could probably hold her own if the need would ever arise, which it won't as she's entirely indoor. She wants the other strays to know she's still "street smart."

Hi Karrie, it was quite a show! When I had my GA kitty, Maggie would do the same thing with fighting thru the glass window when a stray kitty crossed the pathway. My boy kitty(GA), who was twice Maggie's size, just sat there letting her be the protector, taking it all in stride.

Your story about Maggie this morning brought back some really bad memories in terms of what Curry did when she saw another kitty outside close to the window. 4 longs months of isolation. Yikes....makes me shiver.

Tena if I had your experience I would be putting blackout stuff all over every window in the house.

I think the 162 bg must be a food spike, as Maggie has been extra hungry after her shot - maybe she wants to feel buffed for her next kitty fight! :lol:

Hi Tena, I now remember the fiasco you had with Curry attacking Sid after the stray cat incident and the isolation to keep them apart! So glad now they are friends.

I am late again in visiting condos... aiyee! I loved the story of Maggie fighting through the glass. I shouldn't laugh, but it just seems a little funny. I bet Maggie didn't think so - protecting her turf and all... Good job Maggie. I think it is so cute that she came to you for a pat on the head, and approval. And :lol: :lol: on wanting to be buff for he next kitty fight.

love the story. one of mine gets all puffed up and vicious looking whenever another kitty dares to come into the yard. they're so funny!
