It`s a beautiful day in Calgary; after my doctor appointment, I went for a walk around the reservoir with my camera and took some nice shots (I`m finally learning to use it). Saw some canoers and kayakers, and also saw a couple of solitary rowers, Wendy--strong people, you must have incredible upper body strength. Boy, could they move!

Lulu is floating nicely in the blue zone. She did reach green last night when I tested her at +3. Perhaps she reached green today while I was out, who knows?

Hope everyone has a great and wonderful day.

Prayers and vines to those in need.

Lulu likes the blues today. Maybe back to green tomorrow Lulu?

My rowing coach learned to row in Calgary. Sounds like a nice place for a paddle. I've biked the reservoir before, pretty there. 80% of the power in rowing comes from the legs. Course, I've been known to grumble that most shirts make their sleeves too skinny.

Back to green tonight, Auntie Wendy. Might be another late night for Mama...sigh...supposed to get up early to go for a nature walk.

The Calgary Canoe Club is located at the reservoir, they rent canoes to the public and allow members to use kayaks and canoes on the reservoir. If strong legs a rower made, then I could do it, but I can`t do a full body pushup to save my soul. I`ve been out puttering around on the kayaks and canoes, but nobody has come begging me to join their rowing club :(;)
