morning....
last day of company.... Shadow is being fairly friendly for herself. She was a little nervous but she's coming out, hanging around.... and the numbers are good.

going out to lunch for fathers day... bbl
 
it's a warm day here....90...
company left at 2.... Shadow is at the bottom shelf of her tower..... snoozing the afternoon.

getting ready to go over to club house ( golf course restaurant) where dd and sil want to surprise dh.
i'm having to pretend we are meeting someone else.
i get to be sneaky.

Shadows BG is always quite steady, did she have this kind of response the first time around?
 
Just wondering, with Shadow's eating issues, was her appy affected by having strangers around? I hope not. Her numbers look great today.

I hope your DH was surprised and you had a lovely dinner with your family.

DH was surprised.... he tho't we were meeting some other friends..... and was hesitant to go but he did.
dinner went well.... kids will have to drive back to abq ( 1 hr 45 min) at 9 pm. I say kids - he's 21 , she's 19 ( married so very young but what can you do)
Shadow did eat okay the last couple of days .... of course, this last hour.... pre-shot and waiting.... she's not eating so I'm going to go get
her another option and maybe some ondansetron.
Guess I need more company so she'll eat. :rolleyes:

yes ... Shadow was always a surfer..... I just tried to go to her 2012-13 ss and it didn't open....
I'll go see if I can fix it....
I caught her dx early from her behaviour and she was only on insulin for 100 days the first time.... she went blue and green immediately,
and worked her way down the dosing scale the slow way..... every 7 days ( 14 cycles) of good numbers....
it's really only because of the prednisolone that's she's back on the juice.
would you tell me if the second link is working for 2012-13 so I can delete the bad one?

if it doesn't work, her 2012 ss is here.
 
at +5 she's still not eating..... we are at 57....
I just tried ham and she won't eat that either..... and she's meowing.

good i don't have to go to work tomorrow at all.
 
tried several things... no go.... unwillingness to eat ham really woke me up.
so opened the package of virbac Rebound Liquid diet. I tho't I would have to syringe feed it but she actually drank it willingly.
It does have sugar so I expect some kind of boost in bg.
I bought one back when Skinky was struggling after learning about it.
