Yesterday http://felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=73440 was a nice little run into low blues after a pink start and end during the day. Last night also saw blues, but I suspect higher. Today we bounce off yesterday's low blues. Hopefully short lived. At least it's red and not that other colour!
This is cycle 7 of this dose and it still hasn't really had a chance to show what it can do. Yesterday was nice, but the pink start meant there was still some bounce influence.
It's all sunny here and warmer. Neko has had a couple of yard patrols and enjoys just sitting on the deck in the sun with the light breeze ruffling her fur. But now it's nap time again. CPC as usual, it would be very unusual if not. I think in the time Neko has been part of the household (11years), I can count on one hand the number of times there hasn't been CPC. No encouragement needed either.
OT: fabulous day for rowing. Flat water, blue sky, hardly any boats. We did have one mishap at about as far away as we could be from the boathouse. We ran into a debris field on the water and a branch or something woody took the fin off the boat. They are designed to come off rather than damage the boat. However, it meant we were direction challenged the whole way back. The solution was for the two people in the front and back of the boat to take turns keeping their blades flat on the water to keep our balance, and the rest to paddle. Unfortunately I was in the middle and got to paddle HARD all the way back. I was pooped when we got back. The recreational rowing season started this week, so on Friday morning (Neko willing) we are rowing at 9:30 instead of 5:30.
