Yesterday was more of same, bounce to pink during the day as a result of greens the night before, slow drop at night.
6/18 Recap:
AMPS 238 +4 365 +9 303
PMPS 255 +4 252
I took the opportunity of flat yellow at +4 to go to sleep early last night. She did ease down to blues, nice to see it back for the morning start. If we could just get rid of the first part of the day cycle from the SS, it wouldn't look half bad. Neko's getting today (well really tonight cause that when the action is) to show me what she can do on this dose, then up we go. We got to 60 a couple of nights ago, but greens are far and few between and pink is too common. Early morning rowing is cancelled this weekend due to a regatta so I can stay up later and monitor.
It's a rainy day today, good for the gardens, and good for snuggling into your fleece and snoozing in the solarium. At least that's what the two cats think of the day. I'm off to physio shortly and might suit up for some more power washing later.
