Jessica drank a lot yesterday.
Just got the Lab report for the Vet (internal medicine):
Blood Test
Urea Nitrogen 45(high) (range 14-36 mg/dL)
BUN/Creatinine Ratio 45(high) (range 4-33)
Glucose 294(high)
WBC 22.1(high) (range 3.5-16)
Platelet count 164(low) (range 200-500)
Neutrophils 19006(high) (range 2500-8500)
Monocytes 663(high) (range 0-600 /uL)
and the rest of were within range
Urinalysis and culture test was negative.
The Vet recommends to take B12 test.
Can someone tell me which are the major concern that I should take care of it first?
Thanks

Just got the Lab report for the Vet (internal medicine):
An abdominal utrasound was performed which showed a thickened gastrointestinal tract, nodules on her liver, prominent abdominal lymph nodes, and changes to her kidneys that may be related to a urinary tract infection. Bloodwork including a complete blood cell count, a chemistry panel, thyroid testing, and a B12 level to look for evidence of gastrointestinal disease are recommended in addition to a urinalysis and culture to look for evidence of a persistent urinary tract infection. Concurrent illness can cause insulin requirements to increase and thus diabetes difficult to manage.
