Hello everyone!!

Yesterday's condo: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=120532

Today is Billie's first day at 1.75u. Our paws are crossed that this dose will help to even out her bounces and give her more time in green numbers.

I had a good chat with our vet last night. I asked her if she'd be open to me doing a blood curve at home and reporting back with the results, and she was totally for it! I had been a little nervous to ask, so it was a relief to hear that!

That's quite a drop Deanna!

Might want to get another test in before calling it a night...and if it's still dropping, set an alarm if you need to get some sleep

Don't be surprised if you get a bounce in the morning too...not only are bounces from going to lower numbers they aren't used to, but from quick big drops like that too

Thank you Chris! I just got a +3.5 of 81 which I like a lot! :mrgreen: I don't mind staying up for a while to make sure she stays in friendly numbers.

I gave her some more LC food at +1 and +2.5. She ate quite a lot of it at +2.5 and just had a bit more now, so hopefully that helps!

Hopefully the LC snacks will get her up on her surfboard so she'll stay in those awesome pancreas healing numbers the rest of the cycle :mrgreen:

Thank you Marje and Thank you Chris!! She's up at 98 for +4.5. Still green but high enough that I think I can go to bed soon!

I actually notice a change in Billie's mood when she is in normal numbers. She just seems happier. She spent the past hour playing fetch with one of her favorite toys. She also got bold and went into my civie Brooklyn's "territory" to hang out. I have a window seat that both cats love to hang out in, but they always spend their time in opposite corners. Tonight, Billie waltzed right up to Brooklyn's corner and lay down just a few inches away from her. Brooklyn was too busy napping to mind.

I'm hoping that she doesn't bounce too much tomorrow, but I won't be surprised if she does! I hope everyone is having a good night :smile:
