Right now I think he is ruling out what it isn't but is really hoping the U/S will show something.

He is ravenous! I was reading a little online and to me it seems like he has IBD. he is skin and bones.

I'm thinking the vet is waiting to make that decision until the U/S is done and ruled out anything else from that.

If he's ravenous, I would want to feed him in many smaller meals with breaks in between. That's just my thoughts, I'm not a vet.

Hi guys,
We are happy to see that Tidus is home and hope that you will get a diagnosis soon.

To resize a picture, go to your computer's photo program, click on "export", it will ask you what size you want (or similar wording) and where to export to (I choose "desktop"). What I usually do is halve one of the values (horizontal or vertical, it doesn't matter which one you choose, since the other value will be resized in proportion). Then your program will do its work. On the FDMB choose "Upload attachment". You will get a drop-down box asking you to select the title and location of your picture. You do this. FDMB does its thing, and finally asks you to "place inline". At this point you put the cursor where you want the picture to appear. Presto! The reason you have to resize the picture to a smaller size is that the FDMB has restrictions on size and will not add a picture that is too big. If the picture is too big, you just get nothing. It doesn't tell you that the picture is too big.

Yes, I am feeding very small meals about every 2-3 hours. I was thinking if he goes to hungry it might upset his tummy too.

JennJ from DCIN and I were discussing that he probably has hock legs as well. I was telling her what his hind legs look like and based on the pictures she sent I think he has it. My vet is pretty insistent that he is diabetic (even though his BG has not required insulin in 3 days)
