Good morning LL! All 5 p's present. My Friday so that we can have a new sliding glass door installed tomorrow, which will throw Tarragon into higher BG's.

Hi Melissa!!! I've been so swapped with work, I've been getting to condos in a hit or miss fashion today...but I saved the best for last!!!!
