"Last Day" for teachers!!!

WCR: Some Ps in place. Needing some poo-vines, please. Last poop was Sunday morning/early afternoon. Her allergies aren't helping the situation any. She doesn't feel good and I don't blame her. She got 100 mL sub-q fluids last night...was hoping that would help easy things through...not yet. I added some squash to her breffis...now she's not interested in her fuds. UGH!

Update: Ask and ye shall receive! Very large, smelly pop just deposited in the LB! YIPPEE!!!

OT: Today is technically the last day for teachers, but I'm never really finished in my classroom. I need to finish grading yesterday's exams and finish up all of my end-of-the-year-checklist items and then it's all the other things that will take the rest of the summer. I have about 30 chorus dresses that need mending of some sort...most of them just need little things, but they add up. And then there's my Humane Society hoard that needs to be sorted, loaded into my car and delivered.

Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

School's out for summer! (Had a building principal that would blast that song over the PA near closing time on the last day. An always anticipated tradition.)

Yea for poo! That's kind of anticipated around your house, too.

Hooray for the end of the school year! Boo on all that work yet to be completed however!

Hooray for poop- Sunday? Or is that about normal for Shasta? Is she taking miralax or anything else?

She's usually a once-a-day-pooper. However, there are periods where she does this strange every-other-day-pooping and it freaks me out because I start to fear the worst. I wish I could pinpoint the cause of her constipation during these periods. Yes, she is getting miralax (assuming she eats her fuds with the miralax) and she got squash today to try to move things along. <sigh>

over time one can develop a tolerance for miralax... might want to add just a smidge more and see if that makes a difference.
Hi Rhiannon, for that very reason, I took her off of it for a few months...some of March, all of April & most of May. She had been pretty regular and I didn't want to overdo her system. She hasn't had squash in well over a year because she got to a point where she wouldn't eat anything that had squash on it. ugh!
