Sue,
I am not able to get a mid cycle today. I still have company and I will be leaving for church at about 11:30. I can do one tomorrow. Everything will be back to normal and I'll be "home alone"
Hoping you get a reading for the PMPS. And more numbers to follow. It really will help to see if the 2u is way to much or to little for CL. Also, it can help all us help you with a dose that will truly work for CL. CL Pancreas could decide to start working some on its own....without BG numbers you wouldn't know & if you gave 2u into say a lower BG you could have a scary hypo situation.
My vet told me to give 2u....which was way to much for Baxter. He hypo once & then had flat cycles (meaning no movement) on 2u. With BG mid cycle test readings many here helped me get the right dose for Baxter.
I am glad I got a reading. I did have a hard time this morning poked her 4 times and still did not get any blood. I put her down and started all over and finally did get enough blood. I think the PMPS will go better! Tomorrow I'll be able to get +6 also. Tomorrow is another day!
