We have a massive bounce this morning (from a kitty who used to have nice, even cycles). Last night at bedtime Rusty was on his way to the lagoon (bg 110) and it seems apparent that he got there! We were out at the picnic all day yesterday and Rusty's numbers seemed to be OK, judging from his AMPS and PMPS, but perhaps today's bounce is also a delayed "stress bounce". Oh well. I honestly don't know how much his whacky recent numbers are owing to the pancreatitis flare (which is mild), to the natural process of getting older, or if he might be either over dose or under dose. His recent bloodwork and urinalysis are good. (I'll get the latest lab results onto the Labs tab on his SS later today).
Anyway, Rusty had a good night and this morning all went well. He is meowing to go outside, so that's where we're heading now.

Sorry to miss all your condos yesterday: I was wiped out from our long day (which included 5 hours of driving). Will get in my visits over the course of today.

Wishing everyone a fine Wednesday,

Ella & Rusty

Re: 6/19 Rusty AMPS 313

Morning Ella,
Oh crud on the amps. Maybe even tho his pancreatitis is mild, it's affecting his bgs. I hope his flare up is over quick quick quick and his numbers settle back into Rusty numbers.
Have fun patrolling outside!

Re: 6/19 Rusty AMPS 313

Oh, Rusty, has Trix been teaching you this silliness? Trix has done this to me, too....be a wonderful, flat kitty with nice numbers for months on end, then suddenly decide to be a bouncer for a while, then go back to being flat with pretty colors. They love to keep us guess, that's for sure.

I hope Rusty's bounce clears quickly, but not so quickly that he bounces yet again!

Have a great day, Ella!

Re: 6/19 Rusty AMPS 313

Morning Ella, glad you and DH had a nice time yesterday. Rusty, that's not your color, time to slide down. Could be Rusty being a cat! :? Mags thought of Rusty yesterday as she had some FF T&G. Hope you get some rest today.

Hi Ella. Nice slow slide by Rusty today.

Glad you enjoyed your excursion yesterday. Have a great day.

Rusty - I'm glad you got the heck out of PInksville. That's Neko's town and you don't belong there. Paws crossed he continues easing down and Mr. L remembers how lovely the lagoon is.

Hi again,
So far, so good, and PMPS came down, even. Let's hope the slide continues. He had a good shot tonight (but I nicked a capillary).

The barber shop was closed, no reason given. So I went grocery shopping and came home to sit outside with Rusty for a while. It was a beautiful day. We paddle tomorrow and this lovely weather is supposed to continue.

Everyone have a good evening,

Ella & Rusty

Hi Ella - sorry for the late visit... OUCH on the bounce, but nice to see the slow slide down. Blue by morning. Right Rusty?

I love your outdoor time today. Good weather vines for you tomorrow. ENJOY the paddle!
