Champ wasn't too enthused with his breakfast this morning as all he wanted to do was go back to sleep. He only ate less than half of it and then wandered off. I, of course, went back to bed. When I was getting ready to go to bed last night this morning at 1 a.m., the power went out. I didn't want to sleep until the power came back on because I didn't know what I had on in the way of lights, etc. The power finally came back on at 3 a.m. and I got to go to bed...for a whole three and a half hours when I had the get up to test, feed, shoot. I went back to bed and woke up in just enough time to test Champ at +4 and give him some food.

Believe it or not, the kitchen fairies DID NOT SHOW!!! I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I even left the dishes overnight in case they were just busy yesterday and needed a bit more time to get to them. Pooh!!! Oh well, I did it myself this morning!!

I hope all you fathers out there, and all you single mothers (myself included), have a great Father's Day!!!

sorry about the power last night.....here it's been raining...cold...and miserable....where is SUMMER?????

Patty - sorry to hear about the power going out - I hate to go bed during a power outage! I have not figured out how to get the kitchen fairies to show up either :roll: ;-) ;-)

Not a terrible start for Champ - hope he sees some blue today. ;-)

bummer on the power outage. I hope you can catch up on your sleep today/tonight.

And where is that kitchen fairy. She didn't show at my house either....

Looks like Champ decided to go straight to green, though, of course, it was sure to have been blue in there somewhere when I wasn't looking!! He had gone into DD's room to snooze while I was cleaning the kitchen and came out looking for a snack just in time for his +6. Now we've got the face washing in progress and his tail is just swishing all over. He looks like a very contented little kitty!! :-D

I'm sorry the fairies/elves didn't show up for you yesterday, but seeing as how you double as mom and dad to Champ and the DD, one of them should have cleaned for you!! Maybe you should leave the 2 of them a note. :lol:

Well sucky deal on the power outage, my whole life is all about BTB these days!! I'm glad you got to make it BTB today too.

CHOMPERS!!!! Look at you!!! You really need to train him to clean that kitchen, Patty. I hope you get some rest today....it is Sunday...day of rest yadda yadda yadda!

Hi Patty! That's quite a drop for ol' Champ. And what is up with this weather?! Out here in the northeast, it's been severe weather all June. Tornadoes in Mass. That's very rare. Kitchen fairies, that's a good one :lol:

Champ is being such a little snuggle bunny tonight!!! Can't wait to see what his #'s are going to look like tonight. I would love some green, but not scary green! :-D
