WCR: All Ps in place. Got some snuggles again last night and a few this morning. Best yet, I sat back in my testing chair this morning after testing her +2 and she joined me while watching The Today Show. Actually, I think she was trying to block my view to the tv (or smother me) because she laid down on my chest, nose to nose. awwww. Her appy is ok...nothing like yesterday morning. Ok, I'm off to Home Depot to pick up a bunch of wire shelves for my classroom and then off to my classroom to maybe install them. I may have to stop by Steak 'n Shake for a milkshake. Yeah, gonna need to do that! :-D It's only 10:30 and we're already in the 90's. :-x

Hi Deborah. Shasta had a nice drop from the yellow zone into the blue zone. Hope she surfs the blue or maybe even the green today.

Hi Donna,

Thanks for popping in on our condo today. Shasta seems to have done well while I was working in my ac-less classroom. I guess that's one way to lose weight...sweat it all off. :roll: :lol: And yes, I did enjoy a nice cookies-n-cream milkshake today! Although, now that I just said that, I really want a strawberry milkshake! yum!!! But, I hear the rumbles of thunder and think I better hop in the shower really quick before the storm gets here. Hope you and Frosty had a great day!!
 
AHHHH...Carla, HI! I totally missed your post while I was writing my update! Shasta's doing well. I don't think I got a good shot in her tonight. When I tried "screwing" the plunger tonight to get the air bubbles out of the syringe, it really sent that Lantus a-flyin'! :shock: So I ended up only getting about .5bid in her tonight. But her numbers seem fine despite the plunger/syringe mishap! :lol: Sometimes I hate the calm collar because it does slightly alter her mood on a daily basis and it makes her kind of ... blah. Really considering taking it off of her and just letting her be Shasta...Shasta McNasty if she chooses (but really, she's only like that around the vetty people and strangers...I taught her well!) Hope you and Furball had a nice night!!
