6/17 Tigger pmps 331Change Vetsulin to Lantus last night.

6-17 Change to Lantus Tigger amps 116 amps
Was on Vetsulin since 6/7 1U BID. To Lantus last pm (pmps=382) gave 1u Lantus then. This amps was 116@645, fed, 8:45am down to 102, held shot. 11:00AM 169. Now pmps 331.
Was suggested this morning to change to 0.5 U . With 331 and holding this morning should I still decrease to 0.5 U? Any insights? The thread above was on Lantus forum this am.
