6/17 Tabby - where to go from here?

Hi, I could use a few pairs of experienced eyes on Tabby's numbers. He has thrown some lower ones lately and I'm looking for advice on whether and when to skip any shots. I skipped one recently, mostly because I could just not stay up to wait it out.

Today has been a little crazy because he has thrown up twice, once first thing this morning and the second time about mid-morning. Both times after eating his usual Raw Instinct raw food (which he has eaten for weeks now, this is not a new bag and it always stays in the freezer, I microwave it just before serving). I won't be serving him that for a few days to try and isolate that as the source of any problem.

His spreadsheet is up to date. Thank you for your help.

If he keeps going like this, you may have a diet controlled diabetic on your hands very soon.

You skipped a single shot in the last month since he has been with you. You've been testing plenty to know when to reduce and have taken the reductions as needed. You got a 50 on 6/17 am but you only reduced based on the low (40) from the night before. I wouldn't reduce again so soon.

You skipped the shot on the 86 BG but I might have done the same thing in the circumstances. You did not have a lot of data to know how low he would drop on that 86. The lowest you had shot previously was a 111. Tabby didn't even bounce much the next morning.

If Tabby were with me and if I had been home to test, I would have shot the 86. You said you couldn't because you had to get some sleep. Nothing wrong with that.

I don't think I can tell you anything different than what you have been doing.
