did you happen to re-test that +9? Seems awfully odd, other than he did get into something, any evidence of pukey's?

that's what I was going to say, maybe re-test in case the number is wrong. Any chance he got into dry food or a loaf of bread or something?

Given that we've had kitties steal bagels, cupcakes, donuts, waffles, and baked potatoes, I guess purloining carbs is a possibility. I'd get another test in soon and see if the meter hiccuped.

30 minutes later, he was 363, so I think it was accurate. No throwing up. Ate fine (gave him some FF appetizer afterwards). Very strange indeed! The loaf of bread thought made me laugh! All bread is in the fridge. He's never had any interest in human food other than milk. We'll be doing the preshot pretty soon. I'll keep the SS updated.

you wouldn't believe the carbs we've seen cats here steal. Lucy used to be a pro. A whole chili dog. A whole slice of pizza. She opened the lid to my Chinese food leftovers and helped herself (chicken with garlic sauce with fried rice). She doesn't limit herself to just carbs, she has also stolen half a turkey breast as I was cutting it up to make a sandwich, and a slice of bacon that was frying on the stove!

At least Johnny is coming back down. We'll want to keep an eye on his numbers tonight to see if we can figure out what happened last night.

PMPS is 306. He must be getting really low at night. :(

I'm wondering if we should do anything to curb the coming drop. I know the answer is probably no....can you tell I hate to be out of control?? ;-) The night before I fly (nervous flyer), I'm always saying "I hope my pilot is sober and sleeping."
