Good Morning Lantus Land,
Yesterday's Condo
And the yard comes to life...up early playing referee with the cats. The yard is quiet as the last of the raccoons make their way back to the park. Trash day is today, so I am sure somewhere on the street they had their feast last night. The time in-between night and dawn is silent. Slowly bird songs begin to fill the park. The oriole, cardinal, and robin and soon you can hear the ruckus of the Tufted Titmice bringing their fledglings to the feeder. Upon their arrival at the feeder it is like the whole backyard springs to life. Fledglings, chickadee's, hummingbirds, chipmunks, and a full assortment of little urbanite birds set about their day.
Inside the house is a bean ...playing referee over food bowls and window views, as the felines vie for what each supposes is the 'better spot,' to view the awakening world.
