Good Morning, Everyone, and Happy Fathers' Day!

Will you look at that AMPS!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: It's a number out of the past!!! Maybe it portends well for the future!!!

Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. He enjoyed all his nighttime food and this morning charged downstairs, ready for breakfast. We had a good test, a good shot, breakfast of FF T&G and Wellness turkey, a delicious lung treat (Allerplex in turkey baby food), a nap in his little bed by the radiator, and a schmooze with his mamabean.

Today started out with sunshine, but it has disappeared and we have a 90% chance of rain. No big plans for today, but tomorrow we're leading a paddle (and thunderstorms are predicted, so we may have to cancel), and Tuesday we're going to a picnic on the St. Lawrence River, and lingering rain is predicted there, too. Well, these weather forecasts have a habit of changing.

Wishing you all a fine Fathers' Day and continuing to send healing vines to all beans and kitties in need. Feel better!

Yo Kitties, My mamabean is baking cimmamum cookies to take to the picnic on Tuesday and Tobey and I are helping her make a second batch for us kitties. Come over later to chillax on my front porch, munch on cimmamum cookies, and drink some of my special catmint tea. See you later,

Funny, even the weather lady said yesterday, they can't count on the weather predictions. Imagine a meteorologist admitting that! :o

Hi Ella. Awesome to see a nice green number from Rusty. He's going to have a good day. Hope the T-Storms don't rattle him.

Sorry about that darn rain and having to cancel your paddle. I wonder what fun stuff will show up tomorrow to take it's place? I hope it's good next Monday for your paddle.

Hi again,
Rusty decided to leave the lagoon, but it was nice to see him there for the whole morning. The more time in healing numbers, the better. So the bounce has taken us up to just about where we were last night at PMPS. Rusty had a good day of napping and eating. His pancreatitis flare certainly hasn't affected his appetite, perhaps because he is a grazer and almost never eats all his food in one sitting.

It rained all day and the rain is continuing. We postponed the Monday Paddle to next Monday. I hope that the weather will cooperate for the picnic on the St. Lawrence on Tuesday. Our friend's camp is in a beautiful spot, just across from Brockville, Ontario.
I spent the day doing paperwork and baking gingersnaps (aka "cimmamum" cookies) for the picnic. The kitties were here and were a big help, especially Tobey, who is quite a cookie baker.

Sending healing vines to Zeus and to all kitties and beans not feeling well,

Boing! :-x :o Enough of that, Rusty! No running up hills for me, Ella. I have decided that watermelon has medicinal properties. I ate a couple of big pieces yesterday after the race and I feel pretty good today. :-D

"They" say that watermelon is very good for you--one of the perfect foods. The only problem as far as I am concerned is that it is bulky to store in the 'fridge.

Rusty is coming down more gradually than last night, so maybe that will keep the cycles more even.
