Good morning world! Welcome to our home! Yesterday
KT
AMPS 265
Dakota
AMPS 276
Both boys are feeling well but sleepy this morning...numbers about the same again.
I have to share the neatest thing - try to imagine this with me: When shot time arrives each day, I go get insulin from fridge, take it to our 'special' area, fill syringes then walk back to fridge to put it up. KT learned long ago when I start this, it's shot time - he waits for me to tell him 'let's go'. Dakota has been watching this for several days now - today HE figured it out too. A MILLION DOLLAR MOMENT - I walk down the hall following two side-by-side sugar boys as we ALL go to do our thing! The PURRFECT 'Parade of the Sugar Boys' - it was so so cute and so sweet too. KT jumps on his table and lays down, Dakota jumps on his shelf and lays down - shoot/shoot - we're DONE! How amazing is THAT! They're both such blessings.
It was a wild night here for some reason. Snow decided he wanted chicken treats at 3am - I woke up to 'crash/bang/splat/thud'....he'd knocked all my markers and tape off the shelf which all landed on an old metal dough table - then grabbed treat bag in his mouth, dropped it over on the floor and thudded his fat big self off the table to his 'meal'. Unfortunately for him, I got there about the time he hit the floor and took that bag right away....he can't eat freeze dried treats - they bind his poop badly. THEN I hear hissing and growling at 5:30am - this time KT is really hungry, climbs up on his table finding Snow laying there - just irritates both of them so they tell the world about it. DH jumped up - right into the fan knocking it in MY path in the dark which I trip over falling against him, we both fall back on the bed with fan stand between us - cats are running, dogs are awake and barking by now........tough night......
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all 'Daddy's' out there! BIG HUGS to all that visit today!!!
