Georgia and Simon (GA)

I'm not sure where Simon is getting these low pre-shots from. His AMPS is usually the highest number of the day. I skinnied down his dose slightly just because I thought I would only be home at lunch to check on him. I am hoping I will actually be able to get home now because I just got a call from work that 3 people called off today!! I wouldn't have given Simon almost the full dose if I knew there was a chance I won't be able to get home. What a mess! I'm going to test him before I leave and leave out some mc or hc food depending on his number. I'll also try to convince DH that he should come home sometime today. He is self-employed so he has a little more flexibility.

Simon is feeling good and even jumped up on the bed instead of using the cat stairs today. Maybe the Adequan is working its magic.

I'm so glad it is Friday!!!

Re: 6/15 Simon AMPS 60

Oh my, Georgia, what a pickle. I'm sure Simon will love the extra goodies for breffis. Yum, gravies. mmmmm
I hope daddybean can get home to check later. Try not to worry. Easy for me to say, huh?

Re: 6/15 Simon AMPS 60 +2 86

Nice +2 there Simon. Now surf those safe numbers for your bean. That stinks on work. I am sure if you leave out some MC fuds, Simon will keep it non drama for you. Have a wonderful day Georgia!

Re: 6/15 Simon AMPS 60 +2 86 +6 81

DH was able to come home for lunch and Simon tested at a nice 81. Looks like he is surfing nicely. I decided to leave out only MC food since he had risen to 86 before I left for work.

Work hasn't been too bad today and I actually got some good news about some of our clients on Medicaid. They will be able to continue to get services at my center when originally they were going to be denied services. A group of us started writing letters to the State Department in charge of this issue and got this issue overturned. There is definitely power in small numbers! Now I can relax a little over the weekend.

Mr. Simon is certainly on a mission tonight! It seems like every Friday night he wants to go low. At least I don't have to go to work tomorrow!

Amy and Helen, thanks for stopping by. Yes, I am up later than usual. I am such an early night person that it is hard when Simon decides to go low. Hopefully, he will come back up in a little bit and I can get some sleep.

Feeding Simon some MC right now, Sienne. I will be bringing his testing equipment to the bedroom now so I can test Simon from my bed. If all goes well, I will probably not post anymore tonight. Will update his spreadsheet info in the morning. Thanks everyone!
