   We held 4.75 today because he was under 120 yesterday, but now he is back up. Can anyone give insight on raising his dose soon or should we wait the 6 cycles since yesterday's normal numbers?

   You are good for an increase to 5U. We want more green. Once you start seeing green nadirs you hold doses 10 cycles in all.
