She did not eat anything between +4 and +6. She had FF savory center for breakfast. Not sure why the huge jump!

Don't read into it too much. Easier said than done, I know.. I was questioning why Sly had no 70s today, but who knows?

Maybe her cycle yesterday was her depot emptying. Maybe she's saying that in a few days you need to increase...

Let the cycles play out and go from there!

She is still leaps and bounds from last week's numbers!

Thanks Diane! She did go pink this afternoon - kind of expected, given the mid cycle jump.
