Yesterday was..... RECOVERY DAY! Woo HOO! I had my doubts when Mannie was postal pink in the morning, and steadied out by +4. I expected another flat yellow day after that. I was pleasantly surprised wen DGS and I came home to a 133. How nice was that? :cool: He stayed there most of the rest of the day - a great blue surf. Well done Mannie. Your bean is proud of you. Now can we keep this going, Please? Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D Elsa made sure her kitty choir duties were performed flawlessly this morning. :cool: I may not have heard the alarm, but I sure heard her, and her cries for fuds. She seemed to think she was starving. :lol: :lol: Mannie on the other hand knew he was starving... and joined her rather loudly once we both got upstairs. He was waiting by his fuds bowl. :lol: :lol: Yesterday was a good day for Mannie and DGS. What a pair! Nicholas kept bringing him all kinds of things. most of which were met with that "What is that?" look. So DGS would try another. Too funny. Nicholas has also discovered that he has a "VOICE" and can he rather loud sometimes just so he can hear it. SHESSH!!! Mannie kind of hides behind the sofa when he does that. Hmmmmm... all is forgiven when the noise stops. Today, as always, we had a great test feed shoot this morning: lots of purrs and head rubs from Mannie. Breffis was consumed with gusto - still and always at warp speed, clean plate club status maintained, the auto feeder continues to be used, Elsa still tries to raid his auto feeder, I still intercept.... Normalcy in MannieLand. :cool:

Have a great day everyone! I am still on DGS duty today. We will be swimming and hopefully out to one of the rivers or beaches after that. He just never seems to tire of any of it, so off we go. :-D :-D :cool: fun stuff! I know I won't be able to visit many condos until the evening, if at all. I will miss you guys - and your furkids. Think blue, think green kitties!

Kitties!! we are back to NYC! Moonie want to visit the South Street Seaport. She says there are lots of fishies and we can also take a boat ride! COOL! Tess can do that titanic thing again. :-D Maybe after that we can go for a carriage ride - I LUIB S them. See you guys? ~~ Mannie

Nice start to your day, Mannie. Rusty wants to do the Staten Island Ferry, too. Should be a good day for the Seaport and then the ferry.

Pretty blue for AMPS! Let's make it a blue green day Mannie! Oh yes, that age when they realize they have a voice. Love that age but am glad when they learn inside voice as well. :-D So sweet of Nicholas to give Mannie presents, even if the big guy isn't sure what to do with most of them. Morning Michelle ~O) and nice recovery with all the blues yesterday. I hope Mannie keeps the surf going today. I bet the +1 is food. So funny with DGS discovering his voice and Mannie with "what's this?" Neat pics and the third is so cute with Nicholas running down the pretty walkway; looks like a neat place to hang out and enjoy the sights. I hope the weather is nice for you and DGS's adventure and beach. Manniem how about a nice surf for your Bean today.

Oh boy, a carriage ride and the South Seaport sounds like a plan. I want to see Tess do the Titanic thing, too. See ya at the curg, Mags

Hi guys .. oh man, what a day for mannie yesterday! Looking good my man! I hope mannie gives you permission to get out with nicholas again .. he sure does seem to enjoy his outings with his grandma! Have a great weekend!

124 @ 6.5 - and WOW: the Manster is on a nice blue surf. Nicholas and I have just returned from swimming, he catching a quick nap before we head to the beach. I wanted to stop and check on Mannie first - I am thrilled to see the 124. SURF MANNIE!!!!

Hi Ella- yes - it is! What a nice morning for him. YAY!! And thanks on the pics from yesterday - it really is a beautiful place: one of my favs!

Hi Melissa - Nice amps - great low level blue surf today. On OH YES on that "VOICE" - omg! :shock: :shock: :shock: We are working on the indoor voice. LOL. Yupp on the presents - that was cute, and funny.

Hi Liz - I hope you are feeling better. And that he was, or so I though until he leveled out about +3. Guess he decided to surf that so our adventures are back. GO MANNIE, and what a guy!

Hi Ann - love the recovery - always such a pretty thing. I will take these blues. He feels good when he is in these Numbers. thanks on the pics - and yes the town is a very small one, nestled in at the foot of the mountains right next to the river. It is such a great place to hang out. Renovation here is almost complete. Weather is great, and we are off to the beach. :-D

Hi Liz - glad you are feeling a little better. and yes on the long haired manx. I never knew that was what Mannie was until Celi sent me the link. They are called Cymric's. Mannie looks exactly like what photos of them that I have seen.

We dont have any longhaired cat in Hongkong. The local breed are all short haired. People pay big money to buy longhaired or foreign short haired (got thicker coat & longer hair than our domestic ones). And there are local breeders breeding these longhaired for the market. I think a well cared for & beloved kitty is beautiful.

Hi Georgia. Many thanks (!!) on the photos. You know - I could not agree more. If I could live anywhere I wanted it too would be surrounded by rivers and mountains - there is no doubt. -- I think so too on Mannie - I just hope he has finally decided these flat blue surfs are cool and will keep them going. Paws crossed.
 
Moonie is following Mannie with the blue day--Great pix as everyday & that Nicholas gets cuter & cuter!!! What a sweetie! He's a River Rock boy!! Man, they pay for those smooth river rocks with a nice word painted on it like Hope, Love, Healing--OOOoohhh! Your new career!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
No kidding, they do have those in some new age stores--The river rocks are supposed to have the strength of the river, and calm of the water..So Nicholas, Keep Collecting! Hugs & Love from us!
